Camp Dogwood opens the door to wilderness leadership and teamwork; ROP and STEP help students learn to lead, collaborate, and embrace challenges—skills that carry into school and life; SAIL and Saturday Institute sharpen academic skills and career readiness; Pillors internships and Scholars programs give students exposure to real-world experience in a professional work environment. Each step reinforces growth mindsets, resilience, and community. The program continuum spans grades 1-12 and beyond, ensuring students can advance through age-appropriate challenges.
