SCOPE OF WORK

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape the educational and career programming of a growing, mission-driven foundation at an inflection point. The Director of Education & Career Pathways will lead curriculum development across the AnBryce Academy and Camp Dogwood Summer Academy, build a career pathways framework that prioritizes skills-based and alternative credentials, and serve as the primary relationship owner for the Foundation's landmark Stand Together partnership.

This role reports directly to the President and sits at the strategic core of the organization. The right candidate is a builder – someone who is energized by designing programs from the ground up, translating mission into curriculum, and connecting young people to futures they can see themselves in. The incumbent gains the following:

  • A seat at the leadership table of a growing, nationally recognized foundation with programs from elementary school through law school
  • The chance to be the person in your field who helped design what ‘Future in Focus’ looks like for the next generation of AnBryce alumni

  • Integrate evidence-based pedagogical practices and youth development frameworks into all program content
  • Develop facilitator guides, lesson plans, and assessment rubrics for program staff
  • Observe and evaluate program delivery; incorporate feedback from staff, participants, and families to drive continuous improvement

Career Pathways & Workforce Strategy

  • Receive training from SkillUp on their platform
  • Research and curate a portfolio of external career-building partners, training providers, and employer networks
  • Develop participant-facing resources: career exploration workshops, skills assessments, mentorship matching, and internship pipelines
  • Track participant career outcomes and build data systems to measure long-term impact
